For a run down on whether you would like this game or not, it's pretty much the same game with a different story as Bioshock Remastered. There are a couple of updates that I think improve the game play, such as technology hacking is quicker and all passive upgrades are in a single pool.

The game seem to run without Tinkering. I ran it with Vsync on, but with the following following Launch Options in Steam:
